Meth investigation leads to arrest, child abuse charge
ONSLOW COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A meth arrest also turned into a call to social services in Onslow County.
The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office began investigating Justin Pellak, 25, when they learned he tried to buy too much pseudophedrine. During a search warrant, deputies found meth along with supplies used to make meth.
A three-year-old was in the home with Pellak. Pellak faces several charges, including child abuse.
Pellak is in jail under a $135,000 bond in the Onslow County Detention Center.
