NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A New Hanover County business owner and his employee cited for selling the synthetic drug, Spice,  last week face even more charges.

On Friday, deputies searched 777 Tobacco and Goodtimes tobacco.  They say they found Spice inside one of the stores during the search.

After that happened, investigators say business owner, Nasir Husein, and employee, Fadi Abdallah, beat a witness who returned to one of the tobacco shops after the search.
