HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) — A father accused of abducting his own 2-year-old daughter on Thanksgiving remains at-large and wanted by police.

Harnett County Sheriff’s Office said Dyasty Oneal Coleman, 37, broke into a home on Cocateil Lane and sexually assaulted a woman at gunpoint. The woman and Coleman had a past relationship and had a child together.

Coleman then reportedly took that child without permission.

Law enforcement issued a statewide AMBER Alert on Thursday morning. The child was later found in Faison unharmed.

Coleman is facing a long list of charges, including rape, kidnapping and assault. He is considered armed and dangerous.
