NC Azalea Festival hosting their first ever pickleball tournament in October

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — For the first time, NC Azalea Festival is hosting a pickleball tournament this October.

It will be a mixed doubles showdown and it will take place on October 18th at Pickle & Taps.

There will also be a “Courtside Costume” Contest (no registration required) featuring cash prizes.

Pickleball winners in each division will also score free tickets to the 2026 Azalea Festival events.
