NCDOT hosting public meetings this week on Cape Fear Memorial Bridge replacement

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The North Carolina Department of Transportation is hosting two public meetings this week to discuss plans for replacing the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and provide updates on the South Front Street widening project.
The first meeting will take place tonight, Oct. 8, from 5-7 p.m. at Cape Fear Community College’s Union Station in Wilmington.
A second meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 9, at North Brunswick High School in Leland, also from 5-7 p.m. The public is invited to attend either session, which will offer opportunities to review project details and ask questions.
