New apartment complex could be coming to Carolina Beach Road
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A new apartment complex could be coming to Carolina Beach Road near Independence Boulevard.
Developers submitted plans last week for a four story apartment complex that would sit on 7.7 acres of land at 3903, 3907, and 3913 Carolina Beach Road.
According to documents, it would be named Willow Apartments and consist of three separate buildings, plus a clubhouse and two garage buildings.
23 of the 225 available units would be considered workforce housing.
The plans will go before the Technical Review Committee at the end of the month.
