New businesses coming to Mayfaire Towncenter
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Some new businesses are coming to Mayfaire Towncenter in 2025 including a restaurant and a new hotel.
A spokesperson for the shopping center off Eastwood Road, confirmed eight new businesses are opening in Mayfaire Towncenter this year.
Three businesses will open in the winter. “Aerie,” which is a sub-brand of American Eagle Outfitters. Art in Bloom Gallery represents more than 30 artists, they will be expanding and relocating in Mayfaire. The third winter business is YogaSix offering six different class types.
In the spring, 3 more businesses will be added including Drybar, J.Crew Factory, and Kendra Scott. Drybar is a chain of salons. J.Crew Factory is known for their men’s, women’s, and kid’s clothing. Kendra Scott is a national jewelry brand.
In the summer, “Dave and buster’s”, which is a restaurant and entertainment business — will be coming to Mayfaire as well as the Element Hotel by Westin.
