New Hanover Baseball drops second of season

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover Wildcats lost their first game of the season last week against Hoggard.

Tonight the Wildcats tried to turn things around against the Topsail Pirates at home.

The Cats took an early 2-0 lead to start off the ball game, but they would not score again.

Topsail scores three unanswered to win the game and upset New Hanover by a final score of 3-2.
