New Hanover County Board of Elections to hold photo ID requirements seminar
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover County Board of Elections is teaming up with the North Carolina State Board of Elections to host a seminar on photo ID requirements for voters.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, August 20th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Northeast Public Library located on Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington.
During the seminar, county board of elections staff will also be available to assist eligible residents in obtaining an NC voter photo ID.
To qualify, individuals must be registered voters and residents of New Hanover County.
Many attendees will have the opportunity to receive their photo ID the same day, provided they complete the necessary paperwork.
