New Leland shopping center plans submitted
LELAND, NC (WWAY) — The Town of Leland says plans for a new shopping center have been submitted for an area along US 17 highway near Lanvale Road.
It will be called the Shoppes at Savannah Branch. the plans include a 50,000 square-foot grocery store as part of this shopping center.
A town spokeswoman says at this point it’s unclear which grocery store chain will be coming.
