NHC Chief Health and Human Services Officer fills role in Cumberland County

FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WWAY) — New Hanover County Chief Health and Human Services Officer Tufanna Bradley has accepted a job with Cumberland County.
According to a press release, Bradley will serve as the county’s newest assistant county manager effective December 15th.
Starting in 2019, Bradley served as the New Hanover County assistant county manager before becoming the Health and Human Services Director from 2024-2025.
“We are excited to welcome Ms. Bradley to Cumberland County,” said County Manager Clarence Grier. “Her commitment to collaboration and innovation aligns with our mission and strategic priorities. I look forward to working with her as we continue strengthening the services we provide to our residents.”
Bradley has a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in Sociology from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in public administration from UNCW.
