‘Night of remembrance’ planned to honor victims of Boone shootings
BOONE, NC (WSOC) — The community will have the chance to remember and pay tribute to the four victims of the deadly shootings that happened earlier this week in Boone.
As Watauga County and the High Country continues to grieve the deaths of Michelle and George Ligon, Sgt. Chris Ward and K-9 Deputy Logan Fox.
Several local businesses, organizations and citizens have created a Community Night of Remembrance, set for Monday, May 10.
