North Brunswick High School Principal Steven Sullivan tenders resignation

BRUNSWICK COUNTY (WWAY) — Dr. Steven Sullivan is resigning as principal of North Brunswick High School.
According to an email from Brunswick County Schools Communication Officer Gordon Burnette, Sullivan told administrators on Thursday.
Sullivan, an alumnus of NBHS, has served as principal of the school since August 1, 2019.
Earlier this week, Dr. Sullivan was approved as the next principal of Chapel Hill High School.
District leaders thanked Sullivan for his service to Brunswick County Schools.
“Dr. Sullivan is a valued instructional leader and a tremendous asset to the North Brunswick High School community,” Brunswick County Schools Superintendent Dale Cole said. “We thank him for his dedication to enriching the lives of the students he served and wish him well in his next journey.”
Sullivan’s last day with Brunswick County Schools has tentatively been scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
