North Carolina Ports to conduct routine alarm test

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — In a social media post, North Carolina Ports announced they’ll be conducting routine alarm testing this week.

The emergency alarm system will be tested at the Port of Wilmington on Wednesday.

The test is expected to start at noon and last for about 5 to 10 seconds.

No action is needed by the public as this is only a test.
