Officials identify victims of house fire in Duplin County
BEULAVILLE, NC (WWAY) — Officials have released the identities of the victims who died in a house fire in January in Beulaville.
According to the Duplin County Fire & Emergency Management, responders found Phil Terry Rhodes, 77, and Emily Mashburn Rhodes, 75, who were pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation of the fire’s cause and origin continues; however, currently no indication or suspicion of any criminal act exists.
