One dead, brother wanted in Jacksonville death
JACKSONVILLE, NC (AP) — Police have issued a warrant for a man in the slaying of his brother in Jacksonville.
Police tell local media outlets that 52-year-old Kevin Anthony Tyler was seriously injured in a fight late Tuesday night. Tyler later died at a local hospital. Police did not give details about how Tyler died.
They earlier issued a warrant for 49-year-old Kenneth Tyler.
He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. Investigators say the charges may be upgraded following his brother’s death.
