One killed, two injured in shooting near Myrtle Beach Manor UPDATE
HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — The Horry County Police Department is asking for tips after a triple shooting on Highway 17, department officials said Saturday.
According to police, the shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. near the Myrtle Beach Manor.
Officers said one person was killed and two others were injured.
They did not give conditions for the injured victims, nor descriptions of any possible suspects or vehicles.
UPDATE — Coroners later identified the deceased man as Peter E. Franco, 28. They said he lived in the Myrtle Beach area. A cause of death will be determined during an autopsy scheduled at MUSC.
