OnlyFans owner Leo Radvinsky dies following cancer battle, company says

(ABC News) — OnlyFans owner Leo Radvinsky has died at 43 following a battle with cancer, a spokesperson for the company confirmed to ABC News in a statement Monday.
“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky,” the statement read. “Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.”
Radvinsky was born in Ukraine before moving to the United States. He grew up in Chicago and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University, according to OnlyFans.
In 2018, Radvinsky acquired the London-based tech company Fenix International Limited, which owns and operates OnlyFans, acting as the director and majority shareholder of the company.
Radvinsky’s shares in Fenix International Limited have been held in a trust called LR Fenix Trust since 2024, according to the company.
Outside of his work with OnlyFans, Radvinsky was an angel investor and a philanthropist, the company shared. A personal website for Radvinsky shares a list of organizations to which he has contributed, many of which focus on medical research.
OnlyFans was launched in 2016 by British businessman Tim Stokely as a subscription-based platform for content creators. The platform later became popular among creators offering sexually explicit content to subscribers.
Stokely sold a majority stake in OnlyFans’ parent company to Radvinsky in 2018 and stepped down as OnlyFans CEO in December 2021.
