Owner of Jimbo’s restaurant dies at 91
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The owner and founder of Jimbo’s Breakfast and Lunch House Restaurant on College Road in Wilmington has died. He was 91 years old.
In a social media post, the restaurant said that Jimbo died peacefully Saturday evening.
Information regarding the funeral has yet to be released.
The restaurant says they will continue business as usual.
On December 15, 2025, Jimbo’s celebrated 48 years of service.
