Pedestrian hit and killed in Leland

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Leland Police are investigating a fatality involving a pedestrian riding a bicycle on Highway 17.

There are no additional details at this time.

Leland Police said more information will be released Wednesday morning once the victim’s family has been notified.
