23-year-old Matthew Dolan made his first court appearance on Thursday. Dolan is charged with First Degree Murder, First Degree Arson, and Cruelty to Animals.
Last month, his sister, 21-year-old Megan Dolan was found dead by firefighters at the family’s Hampstead home.
