New Hanover County shelter staff says he’s shy at first, but warms up quickly. They also say he’s full of energy and loves peanut butter.
If you would like to adopt him, New Hanover Animal Services is located at 180 Division Dr. in Wilmington. County residents can adopt for $70. If a dog is already in the home, a meet-and-greet is required.
