Pet Pals: 2-year-old cat perfect fit for a calm home

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — This week’s Pet Pal is a calm and shy cat who would fit in perfectly in any family.

His name is Thistle and shelter staff describe him as loving and calm.

To meet him, head to New Hanover County Animal Services. County residents can adopt for $70. Adoption hours are Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to Noon.
