Pet Pals: 5-month-old hound mix looking for love!

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — There’s a sweet little pup at New Hanover County Animal Services looking for a fur-ever home.

Meet this week’s Pet Pal. He is a five-month-old Plott Hound/Treeing Walker Coonhound mix.

He doesn’t have a name but shelter staff describes him as a busy bee! He is naturally playful, curious and trusting. He’s looking for an owner who will love to take him on walks and who he can curl up with at night. This puppy is externally motivated.

To meet him, head to New Hanover County Animal Services. County residents can adopt for $70.

Meet and greets are required for a home with other dogs.
