Pine Valley Market expanding to second location

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Pine Valley Market has rented the building that Sweet n Savory Cafe used to occupy at 1611 Pavilion Place near Wrightsville Beach.

PVM plans to create a second location similar to the model they currently have now at 3520 South College Road, which features all of their prepared foods and café.

The new location at Pavilion Place will be a full-service café where people can actually sit down to eat (they can’t sit down to eat at the South College Rd. location).

The new place will also offer breakfast and lunch. The location on South College Rd. only offers lunch.

PVM hopes to open the new location near Wrightsville Beach by the end of July.

Some major renovations will need to be done to the former Sweet n Savory Cafe location to bring it up to code.

The new Pine Valley Market won’t look like the South College Road location. There will be an enclosed patio space as well out back.

The new location will also feature a wider selection of gourmet gift items in the retail store than what they now offer at their original location on South College Road.
