Pink Floyd tribute band ‘Brit Floyd’ to perform two shows in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A Pink Floyd tribute band known for recreating the British rock group’s music and stage productions will perform two shows in Wilmington later this year.
Brit Floyd is scheduled to bring its 2026 “The Moon, The Wall and Beyond” tour to the Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College on Aug. 13 and Aug. 14. Both performances are set to begin at 7:30 p.m.
According to organizers, the first night’s show will feature music from Pink Floyd’s album The Wall, including songs such as “Hey You,” “Comfortably Numb” and “Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2.”
The second night will include a full performance of The Dark Side of the Moon, featuring songs such as “Time” and “Money.”
Both concerts are also expected to include other songs from Pink Floyd’s catalog, including selections from albums such as Wish You Were Here and The Division Bell.
Brit Floyd formed in 2011 and has performed more than 1,500 shows in over 40 countries, according to organizers.
Tickets will first be available online to Wilson Center members on March 11 at 10 a.m. Tickets will go on sale to the general public March 12 at 10 a.m. online and at the Wilson Center box office.
