Police investigating alleged sexual assault on CFCC campus

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) –  The Wilmington Police Department is investigating the report of an alleged sexual assault on Cape Fear Community College’s downtown campus.

According to an alert sent from CFCC, there is no threat to students, visitors or employees and that police are treating this as an isolated incident.

The campus police department and security team are also investigating.
