Police looking for car thief

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police are asking for help identifying a man accused of stealing a car.

Police said it happened in the early morning hours last Friday in the 600-block of John D. Barry Drive. Investigators said a light green 2004 Volvo XC90 SUV was stolen. It has an NC license plate DAN-9692. Police said the man also tried to use the victim’s debit card at an ATM.
