Popular Onslow Co. restaurant closed after kitchen fire

The owners of Thig’s BBQ House and Catering on Catherine Lake Road in Jacksonville, just down the road from the Albert J. Ellis Regional Airport, say they are working to get a handle on the extent of the damage and don’t have a reopening date set.
