Publix officially coming to Ogden Marketplace

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Publix Super Markets announced today that it has executed a lease on a new store here in Wilmington.

The new store will be at Ogden Market Place at the corner of Middle Sound Loop Road and Market Street and is set to open in late 2017. The store will be about 45,000 square feet.

Another Publix store in Pine Valley is also in the works.
