QUEEN FOR THE DAY! Court gives special patient her fairytale moment

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The queen’s court met many patients at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington Thursday morning and they paid a special visit to one patient.

Debra Sammons may be in her 60s but age is but a number in her eyes. Everyone at the hospital knows her as “The Queen of the 7th Floor.”

Miss North Carolina Victoria Huggins decided to make her an official queen and Sammons reaction is so sweet!
