Report: VA health care still has ‘profound deficiencies’
WASHINGTON (AP) — A Congressional commission formed following the scandal over long wait times for veterans needing health care says problems with access still remain.
The Commission on Care is releasing a report today that says there are still “profound deficiencies” in delivering health care to millions of military veterans.
The panel says the VA’s health care operations “require urgent reform.”
