Retired Wilmington Marine has his ‘warrior wish’ granted

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A retired Wilmington Marine who was injured in combat has gotten a major wish granted.

Since leaving the Marines, camping has provided a place of serenity for Sergeant Bill Morris, a father of four.

Unfortunately, it has become more difficult due to combat injuries.

Hope for Warriors granted his warrior’s wish with a new travel trailer.

It provides a more accommodating environment so he can camp with his family once again.
