Rocky Point man arrested on alleged child sex crimes

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Pender County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Rocky Point man for alleged sex crimes.

Vincent Treloggen, 33, was booked last Friday on charges of for Solicitation of a Child by Computer, Indecent Liberties with Children, and Disseminating Obscenity to Minors Under the Age of 16. The arrest came out of a joint investigation involving NCIS.

According to arrest warrants, the date of the offense happened on July 14th.

He was given a $75000 secured bond.
