Salesman arrested for homicide warrants in Leland

LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Officers responded to a call of a suspicious person allegedly selling carpet-cleaning supplies near the Bourbon Street and Westover Drive area.

Leland Police Department arrived and located the suspect, 23-year-old Deandre Braddy. LPD discovered Braddy had outstanding warrants for Homicide and attempted murder in South Carolina.

Braddy was arrested and transported to the Brunswick County Detention Facility, where he is being processed.
