Saturday night shooting leaves property damage, no injuries reported

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police responded to a shooting on the 1100 block of S. 7th St. Saturday night.

WPD spokeswoman Linda Thompson said the shooting happened around 10:30 p.m.

She says officials found some property damage, but no injuries were reported.

Thompson says there were people in the house at the time of the shooting.

Officers are still investigating the case.
