Seahawks, Dukes Set For Tuesday

WILMINGTON, NC (UNCW Sports) — UNCW’s Colonial Athletic Association men’s basketball game against James Madison postponed last Thursday has been rescheduled for Tuesday at the JMU Convocation Center.

The Seahawks and Dukes were slated to play on Thursday, Feb. 8, but the contest was postponed due to suspected and confirmed cases of mumps on the Harrisonburg, Va., campus. The decision to proceed with the game was made in consultation with health officials, the CAA and UNCW.

UNCW, which faced Hofstra in the annual Homecoming game Saturday night at Trask Coliseum, edged JMU, 71-68, in the first pairing between the two teams on Jan. 25 in Wilmington.
