Search for killer continues one year later

Today marks one year since 22-year-old Corey Vann was found shot to death on River Road in New Hanover County. His body was found just after 12:30 a.m. on January 29, 2009.

On May 29 Vann’s family and the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office announced a reward for information leading to an arrest. Detectives are still searching for information that could provide a lead.
