‘Secrets and Lies’ renewed for second season, future in NC uncertain

WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) — ABC has more “Secrets and Lies” to spill.

The locally shot mystery series has been renewed for a second season, the network announced Thursday evening.

The first season of the Charlotte-set drama, which aired its season finale Sunday, starred Ryan Phillippe as a family man caught up in the murder of a young neighbor, who turned out to be his son from an extramarital affair.
