Several Wilmington roads to close Monday for work on rail crossings

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The city of Wilmington announced today that several roads will be impacted with closures starting the work week.

The city took to social media to alert drivers that starting at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow, CSX will be working on their rail crossings on the below streets:

• 30th Street
• Princess Place Drive
• Clay Street
• Henry Street
• Wetsig Roag

The roads will be closed at the crossing locations. Also drivers need to be on the watchout for closures tomorrow or Tuesday along Covil Ave. and Mercer Ave. for rail work.
