Shot fired into Novant Health Wilmington location

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Shots fired into a window at the Novant Health New Hanover Orthopedic Hospital, according to the Wilmington Police Department.

Police say that it happened early Monday morning when they responded to a shots fired call.

There was property damage to a window in the complex, and also shell casings were found near the roadway.

There were no injuries reported, and there are no suspects at this time.
