Soda Pop District Public Hearing continued

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A public hearing on the so-called Soda Pop District has been continued.

Wilmington City Council voted to continue that agenda item until the first City Council meeting in December.

The area near the former Coca-Cola bottling facility site at Princess and 9th Streets is currently residential, but is being considered for mixed use development.

A special meeting is planned for neighbors to see the developer’s plans.
