Some renovations complete on old Carolina Beach arcade building

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — The Carolina Beach town manager said some parts of the building damaged in a fire last September are available for lease.

Michael Cramer said the owners of the old arcade building have completed work on the space where Frank’s Pizza used to be, and it is now available for lease. He said crews are almost finished with the east side of the building which they’ve added four new storefront areas. That space can be used for one to four tenants, Cramer said.

The west side of the building does not have a permit yet, so Cramer said the timeline for plans are unknown. He said plans he’s seen include a smaller arcade area and another rental space.
