Southport crews trimming trees at Franklin Square Park this week
SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) — Visitors to Franklin Square Park in Southport are being asked to use extra caution this week.
Southport crews are trimming trees in the park Monday and Tuesday.
But if the trimming isn’t completed by then, crews say more trimming will take place later in the week.
The park is still open, but visitors should avoid being near crews as the work takes place.
