Southport Fire Department sells cookbooks to raise money for new equipment

SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) — You can get a new cookbook for a good cause.

The Southport Fire Department has cookbooks on sale at their headquarters station located at 1011 N. Howe Street.

You can stop by the station to pick one up. They cost $20 each.

The proceeds will help the department pay for cardiac monitors.
