East Bladen hires basketball coach

The Bladen County School Board approved Alton Hill as the new boys basketball coach at East Bladen at Tuesday’s school board meeting. Hill has spent the majority of his athletic career coaching in Virginia. He succeeds Larry Williams. Coach Williams will remain at East Bladen as the athletic director, a position he already held.
