Supply man charged with multiple child sex offenses

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for child sex crimes.

According to arrest reports, the offenses happened in 2003, when the two alleged victims were both under 16.

Justin Nathaniel Cummings, 47, was charged with 7 counts of first-degree sex offense with a child and 31 counts of indecent liberties with a child.

Cummings was arrested on Tuesday and is currently being held with no bond in the Brunswick County Detention Facility.
