SURF CITY, NC (WWAY) — The Town of Surf City announces the launch of SeeClickFix, a new online platform that makes it easier for residents to report non-emergency concerns directly to town departments.

SeeClickFix is accessible through the town’s official website at SurfCityNC.gov/SeeClickFix, allowing residents to report issues from their computer or mobile device. Submissions are automatically sent to the appropriate department, helping ensure that concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Residents can even create a free SeeClickFix account to receive real-time updates on their submissions.

“We’re committed to staying connected with our community and making it easier for residents to share their concerns,” said Kyle Breuer, Town Manager. “SeeClickFix allows us to streamline our response while increasing transparency and accountability.”
