Suspect charged in CFCC break-in

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police say a man is facing charges after Downtown Task Force officers caught him in a Cape Fear Community College building.

Police say the arrest was reported just after 10:00 a.m. at 701 N. 3rd Street. When officers arrived, they say they found Patrick Joseph Flynn, 28, inside.

He’s in jail under a $2,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court today.
