Suspect charged in Sunset Park break-ins

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington police believe they have the man responsible for several break-ins in the Sunset Park neighborhood. Joseph Harrell was arrested Sunday night on outstanding warrants for probation violations. After detectives interviewed Harrell they charged him with several of the recent break-ins as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
